We have decided to practice 15 seconds of present moment awareness, at least 80 times today. Join us if you like. May you have a truly happy and conscious day, year and life.Inspite of being sure that New Year resolutions seldom EVER work, i instantly knew that i have to join this pratice.
This blog's title has the word 'Carpe Diem' in it, which means 'Seize the day'.
And as i start this practise from 31st onwards, i feel that all i need, so as to experience the intoxication of life is...
